CAŔRYING THE CROSS

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I am pleased to share the Word of life for your spiritual edification and empowerment!
The scripture in Mark 8:34 says, " Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me." The title of my message is: " Carrying the Cross! The above famous words from Jesus appear in all three of the synoptic Gospels ( Mark 8:34; Matthew 16:24; Luke 9:23).

They have two different interpretations. One interpretation focuses on suffering as a " witness" to the Lord. The other interpretation focuses on the suffering that we face as we "die to ourselves." Ìn this message , we want to focus on the first interpretation, asking what it means to carry the crosses that come to us in this life.

In my next message, we will take a look at the  power of the cross to help us die to sin and self- centered ways of thinking and acting.  We all have Crosses to carry! When we look at the call to take up our cross, we tend to think of the way God asks us to accept and embrace the sufferings and hardships that come from living in this fallen world. While we have a difficult time understanding why a good God allows his people to suffer, we all know what suffering feels like, and we can understand how it can be linked to the cross. (1 Corinthians 1:17-18, Psalm 30:5).

The kind of suffering can be physical or spiritual or psychological. It can range from cancer to the inner wounds caused by someone who persecutes you because of your faith. It can come in the form of a stillborn baby or in the form of a healthy child who is not doing as well as he or she could do in school. It can come from our standing up for Innocent life in a culture of death, or it can come from having to endure the pain of a broken relationship.

Whatever, its source, we all have situations in our lives that we could honestly call " crosses" that we have  to bear. It is important to see, however, that before we accept or embrace any cross we may encounter, we should feel free to ask the Lord to remove it from us. Yes, Jesus told us to carry our crosses. But at the same time he himself healed many  people.

He removed their crosses because of his love and compassion. Just as Jesus removed the crosses from these people, there are many instances where he wants to remove ours. He knows all about our suffering, and he is with us. He loves to heal us. ( John 16:33, Isaiah 53:3-5, Deuteronomy 31:6-8, Acts 10:38). I do not know what cross you are carrying right now, but the Lord is saying give me your yoke and take mine which is light . ( Matthew 11:28-30).

It can be the cross of a sour marriage or relationship, take it to Jesus. It can be the cross of a nagging illness, broken heart, bitterness, unforgiveness and barrenness, just cast it all upon the Lord, he will sustain you. ( 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 55:22, Luke 4:18, Psalm 34:17-19). Let us all carry our crosses and move on with our lives.

The Lord will not let you fall with your  cross, he will be with you to help you overcome all trials and temptations in this life.  ( Romans 5:3-5, Romans 8:35-39).
Carrying the Cross is a sacrifice for both physical and spiritual victory in our lives!
May God richly bless you for reading this message!

Jesus The Living Water and Bread of Life

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
I just want to share the word of encouragement.
The Bible says, " And by  a miracle God sent them food to eat and water to drink there in the desert; they drank water that Christ gave them. He was there with them as a mighty Rock of spiritual refreshment." ( 1 Corinthians 10:4 TLB).
The title if my message is : " Jesus the Living water and Bread of life!"  Those who abide in Christ and Christ in them, will not lack anything. Christ is the Living water and Bread of life, who supplies everything which pertains to life and godliness, for both our spiritual and physical nourishment. ( John 4:13-14, John 6:35, 51, 2 Peter 1:3-4).
You may be in  a desert of challenges and sickness right now, but Jesus the Bread of life is there to heal and deliver you. Whatever, wilderness situation and experience you may be in right now,  the Lord is saying, " Be still and know that I am God..! ( Psalm 46: 10). In that devastating and painful situation, the Lord is saying, "Come to me you shall find rest and strength to comfort you......... " ( Matthew 11:28-30). Commit everything to the Lord in prayer, He will sustain you. Cast everything upon the Lord!  ( John 15:7-8, Psalm 55:22, 1 Peter 5:7, Jeremiah 33:3).
Abide in Christ the Living  water and Bread of life and you will not lack anything! Remember, He was there in the beginning when everything was made and created, and He was there at the Red see when the Israelites crossed the sea, and even in the wilderness He was the water that came out of the Rock and the manna that was supplied to the Israelites in their desperate situation in the wilderness! The same God and the same Jesus, is there today to meet all your needs, as He is saying He will never leave you nor forsake you. Just believe,  wait and pray, you will not be disappointed.
If you believe say, Amen! ( Hebrews 13:5-6,8, John 14:14, Isaiah).

May God richly bless you all for reading this message.

ENJOYING GOD'S BENEFITS AND PROTECTION

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I want to share the word of God from Psalm 46:1-3, which says, ".........Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;................."         The title of my message is:  "ENJOYING GOD'S BENEFITS AND PROTECTION!"  When you have God as your refuge, you stand to derive numerous benefits. Having God as your Refuge, places you in an advantageous position and makes you truly blessed. One of the blessings that money cannot buy is having divine cover over your life that keeps you safe from the enemy. If you consider your strengths and weaknesses, and take a stock of the opportunities and threats you are exposed to continuously, you will realize that having God as a Refuge is a priceless benefit indeed. With God as your cover, you are shielded from so many attacks of the enemy. Even the losses that are programmed to come your way are terminated by God before they get to you. If you are not yet enjoying the strength of God’s cover, you are experiencing a big loss in your life.
Another benefit of having God as your Refuge is that His strength will be made available to help you in the time of trouble.(Psalm 91:1-3).  Speaking about God’s strength, 1 Corinthians 1:25b gives this insight:
“…. and the weakness of God is stronger than men.”
In several scriptures, there are Good promises to help us in the time of need. For instance, Psalm 50:15 says,“And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.”
If God is not your Refuge and you call on Him when you need help, He may not respond to you. On the other hand, He easily responds to those under His cover. Are you under God’s cover? Is He your Refuge?  " The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run to for safety" ( Proverbs 18:10). Moreover, when God is your Refuge, no matter what happens, there is no cause for alarm. Just think about this for a minute: Psalm 46:2-3 says that as you are under God’s cover, when there is an earthquake and uproar in the seas or even if the mountains are blown off their locations, you will still be safe where you are. Praise the Lord! It is an anomaly for you to be under God’s protective cover and still be afraid of storms of life. Beloved, do not be scared of the storms confronting you! Don’t be afraid of the earthquake! Don’t even shake when the unmovable are moved from their secured places. Why? As long as God is your Refuge, you cannot be moved. "They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever........." ( Psalm 125:1-2).  Whatever cannot move God cannot move you.  If out of fear, you have been displaced from under God’s cover, in the Name of Jesus Christ, as you repent of your lack of faith, the Lord will return you to the place of His Refuge! With God as your Refuge, there is no shaking for you! ( Hebrews 12:26-29).Let me end by declaring that, because Lord, You are my Refuge and fortress, let everything that is designed to shake me fail, in the name of Jesus Christ- Amen!
Trust God in all circumstances and you will not be shaken or moved by any storms  and challenges of this world.

May God richly bless you for reading this message.

GIVING ACTIVATES DIVINE PROVISIONS

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! The Bible in
Psalm 13:6 says, "I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me." The title of my message is: "Giving activates Divine Provisions"  I just want to start by mentioning that; generous divine provision is the benefit of those in the sheepfold of the Great Shepherd. God prepares a table of abundance for His sheep (Psalm 23:5). As born again Christians we have been given power to become sons of God and heirs of the Kingdom of God. ( Galatians 4:7, John 1:12) This is why David in Psalm 13:6 says:"I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.”
This scripture is a personal testimony of David, after God had blessed him beyond measure, and he began to testify of God’s goodness through songs. If you carefully study the life of David, you will discover that the secret of his prosperity, lay in the principles he lived by. One of such principles is demonstrated in the scripture reading: he believed giving to be the key to receiving. Can you imagine a man giving a loaf of bread to every citizen of a country? This was what David did, and he even gave much more! We often wonder why most of us are not flowing in God’s abundance, even though God has resources to cater for more than we could ever need. One likely reason for this is that we do not strictly follow divine financial principles. Jesus, in Luke 6:38, says,“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
Let us draw a few lessons from this. Firstly, if you ever want to receive, it is your duty to first give. If you fail to sow, you would be deceiving yourself to expect a harvest.(2 Corinthians 9:6-10) Many of us refuse to give, and yet we continue to pray, fast and do all other things right. If you want to receive, first give. It is important to note that God will never owe anyone. If you give, you will receive a harvest, no matter how long it takes, as long as the seed is not uprooted. God is not a man to lie, if he promises anything in His word He fulfills it. ( Numbers 23:19-20, 2 Corinthians 1:20) That is the character of our God. He does not change. (Malachi 3:6,9,10,11)1
However, the way the harvest comes and when it will come, are issues that may not be too clear to you. For instance, you may be expecting your harvest for a particular seed in form of physical cash, not knowing that God has already given it to you as a harvest of peace in the time of trouble, or as protection when the enemy came calling.( Psalm 50:14-15) Sometimes, you cannot tell how the harvest of a given seed will come, although if you connect into the Holy Spirit, He can sometimes reveal to you that a particular harvest you received was from a particular seed you sowed. Moreover, God who knows our needs should be given the freedom to determine when and how our harvest should come. (Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:6,18).  Just make sure that a lifestyle of giving and sowing seeds is an indelible part of you. Do you give to His servants? Do you give to the needy? How often do you give? I am sure you have answers to all the above questions, since giving is a personal decision you make. ( 1 Corinthians 9:10-15)
Giving is an act. Giving is also a spirit. Pray that God will give you the spirit of giving. You open doors of abundant blessings by giving to the Lord, the poor and those in need. Lastly, the Bible says, " Those who sow in tears, Shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him." Psalm 126:5-6) It may feel painful and hard to give and sow in the House of the Lord, but when you reap the benefits of giving, you will celebrate in joy and happiness.

Give, in order to unlock divine favour from God's unlimited provisions!

May God richly bless you all for reading this message!

THE GOD - KIND OF FAITH

I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! It is my humble pleasure to share the word of life with you family of God.
I want to share about;'" THE GOD - KIND OF FAITH!"  The Bible says, " And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have  faith in God. For verily I say unto you, whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea:and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith " ( Mark 11:22).

Jesus spoke these words as a way of encouragement to His disciples. These are some the most profound words voiced by the Master. A good marginal reference Bible shows that Jesus actually said, " Have faith of God." In other words, " Have the God - kind of faith." These words from the lips of the Master reveal to us that there are different kinds of faith. But the disciples were counselled to have the God - kind of faith.

The Bible tells us in Hebrews 11:1 that " Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." I would like to define faith as the evidence of unseen realities. Faith gives you the reason to affirm that what you hoped for is yours before you see it with your physical eyes. It is the proof of the existence of something that is not tangible to the physical senses.

Faith is not in the realm of the senses; it transcends the realm of reasoning and the mind. It is a spiritual force, an attribute of the human spirit. That is why I define faith as the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. Faith is not an irrational leap in the dark, but a leap on God"s Word. It is believing what God's Word has said concerning anything  and acting that way, regardless of any  contrary evidence around you.

So it means whatever you may be believing God for you can have it in the name of Jesus. What is it that which is worrying you right now? The Word of God has assured us that you can ask anything and you will have it. Is it your health, marriage, employment,     or business, claim it by fath in the name of Jesus and you will have it. ( Hebrews 11:6). You need the " God - kind of faith" to claim and receive your blessings in the name of Jesus. ( 1 John 5:14-15)

TWO KINDS OF FAITH!"
In a general sense, there are two kinds of faith. First, there is " the God -kind of faith" as revealed in Mark 11:22-23, which I mentioned in my previous message. Then there is " the human kind of faith."  The human - kind of faith is based on knowledge or information obtained from the senses. The type of faith calls real only those things that can be seen or touched physically. It doesn't produce any result;  it gives you nothing. It is not true faith, because faith is the evidence of things not seen or perceived by the senses.

A good illustration of someone who operated in this kind of faith was Thomas,  one of Jesus's disciples. When he heard that the Master had risen from the dead, he said, "Except I see.....I will not believe!" ( John 20:25). Shortly afterwards, when Jesus showed up, He rebuked him saying, " be not FAITHLESS, but believing ......." ( John 20:27).

In other words, Thomas was actually faithless! So those who say seeing is believing are faithless according to the Scriptures. The human- kind of faith is not faith at all. It is zero faith. I like to call it " the Thomas- kind of faith." Jesus went on to declare to Thomas, " Blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed " ( John 20:29).

The blessed person is the one who believes before seeing.   Having faith in God is to believe what the word of God says it can do in your life and you accept it by faith. ( Romans 4:17). We need Abraham the Father of faith's kind of faith, in order to be able to believe and wait upon the Lord to perform what He promises in His word. ( Genesis 12:1-6, Jeremiah 1:12, Isaiah 40:31).

Human- kind of faith does not produce results, but the God - kind of faith helps you to achieve and accomplish the impossible in life. ( Mark 11:22-24, Matthew 19:26). Just believe and don't doubt, because there is nothing too hard for God. ( Jeremiah 32:17,27).

" GROW YOUR FAITH!" The Bible shows us that " faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" ( Romans 10:17). The more of God's Word you store in your heart, the bigger your faith becomes. The less of God's Word you receive in your spirit, the less faith you will be able to express when you are faced with challenges. ( Psalm 34:6, Matthew 12:34-37, Collosians 3:16-17).

There is no shortcut to growing your faith, feeding on God's Word is the only sure way. Hence, it is important that you cultivate the habit of consistently listening to, studying, and meditating on the Word of God ( 2 Timothy 2:15, Joshua 1:8).

If you are having problems in your health, or you are in a situation that seems hopeless, get to the Word! Become a student of thr Word, diligently search and study the scriptures that apply to your peculiar situation. ( Acts 17:11). The Bible shows us in Hosea 4:6 that many of God's children are destroyed and brought down because of lack of knowledge of God's Word. Therefore inundate your spirit and bombard your mind with God's Word.

Your faith will soar and you will be better equipped to unleash it against any obstacle and contrary circumstance in your life. ( Isaiah 54:17).  In 1 Timothy 4:15, the Bible says, " Meditate on these things, give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all." Keep meditating on God's Word until it takes charge of your mind, such that all you think and know is what the Word says.

Do it until you become fully persuaded that nothing and no one can stop you from enjoying God's best for you. ( Romans 12:1-2). The Bible tells us that Abraham meditated on God's promise so much until he became " fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able to perform " Romans (4:21). Abraham became fully persuaded  ( convinced), because he kept his thoughts fixed on God's promise;  he refused to consider all other contrary thoughts.

As you keep feeding your spirit with God's Word, your faith will grow and cause you to stand strong in the face of life's greatest challenges. Finally once again I encourage you to "Grow Your Faith" all the time by feeding your spirit with the Word ( Bread of life). ( Matthew 4:4, John 6:35).

Whatever situation or challenge you may be facing right now, declare the word of God against any negativity and obstacle, in the name of Jesus. Job 22:28-29)

"YOU HAVE THE FAITH!"
Lastly I want to mention that:"YOU HAVE FAITH!" When you were born again, you received the measure of faith. The Bible says in Romans 12:3, " ......according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith."

This means that every believer received the same measure of faith at salvation. However, that deposit of faith is not enough for everything;  God expects you to grow it. It is your responsibility to grow your faith strong.

In all epistles, which are actually the revelation of the new creation, the Holy Spirit never expressly intructs the Christian to have faith in God. The reason is simple: to the Christian, faith is a lifestyle, for " the just shall live by faith" ( Hebrews 10:38, Romans 1:17, 2 Corinthians).

It is the New Testament principle for the believer. The believer is never told to have faith in God, because our very life is by faith. In other words, we already have the measure of the God-kind of faith. So do not hesitate to exercise your faith in God in all circumstances of life.

Be bold and declare the word of God by faith, all things are possible if you believe.
You have a measure of faith in you. Exercise that faith to claim your blessings and breakthrough in the name of Jesus!  ( Matthew 19:26, Mark 9:23).

May God richly bless you all!

BREAKING THE CYCLE OF OFFENSE

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! In the world we live in, there are many people who feel offended and are harbouring unforgiveness. However, many offended people never really feel like they are treated quite good enough.

My message is entitled : " BREAKING  THE CYCLE OF OFFENSE". Offended people may even feel that the reason good things don't happen to them is because society is out to get them. As a result, they are constantly moving from one unpleasant situation to another.

The scripture says, " Woe  unto the world because of offences! For It must needs be that offences come; but woe  to that man by whom the offence cometh." ( Matthew 18:7).
For instance, some people, move from one relationship to another, always complaining about the last person who hurt and disappointed them. This kind of behavior perpetuates the cycle of  offense.

You must break the cycle of offense. To break this cycle, you must reject the belief that everyone is out to get you.
That is merely a lie from the devil and if you believe it, then you will play right into his trap. The devil's snare ( trap) is broken today in the name of Jesus !  ( Psalm 124:6-7). Refuse to expect something hurtful or wrong to be done to you. Don't allow the devil to keep you in that type of bondage.

Living in offense can cost you your life, your family, your sanity, or your ministry.
Offenses keep you in a spiritual solitary confinement and captivity. Don't give the devil a foothold! ( Ephesians 4:27).

Some offended people tend to change churches frequently.
Of course, there are legitimate reasons for changing churches, like a desire to be with family and friends, a job transfer, or God calls you to a new place.
These are among the various acceptable reasons for changing churches.

However, there are also unacceptable reasons for changing churches.
For instance , some people church  - hop because something a church does always offends them. They go to one church for a while, but when something is done that they don't like, they change churches.

These people can spend their entire lives floating from one church to another, always offended by the previous place.
There is always something wrong with the last church that sends them seeking yet another place of worship.
Moving from church to church is really no different than changing from one relationship to another - it is simply done on a larger scale.

A pattern of an offended person can also include switching from job to job.
After being in the job for six or eight months, suddenly someone doesn't treat them right, and they become offended.
Such people need to renew their mind with the word all the time, in order to break the cycle of offense. ( Romans 12:2).

Moving from one situation to another, whether it is friendship, a church, or employment, becomes  a pattern in the life of an offended person.
As you can plainly see, offense affects every aspect of life.

Although it may be possible to hoodwink others about being offended, when it comes to dealing with the things of God , you won't get away with it.
The next time you wonder why things are not going well, you might want to consider whether or not you are holding on to an offense that is preventing the blessing of God in your life.
If you will be truly honest with yourself, you will be able to recognize offense when it is hindering you.

Then you can be set free! Break the cycle of offense and live freely !
Offenses and unforgiveness, can hinder you from praying freely and receiving your blessings.

Release, bitterness, anger, temper, malice and unforgiveness, right now, in the name of Jesus. ( Ephesians 4:31-32, Mark 11:25-26).
Be delivered from the cycle of offense!

Be strengthened and encouraged in the name of Jesus.
May God bless you all richly!

BELIEVING IN MIRACULOUS PROVISION

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! Once again I  am glad to share a message of believing in the Lord's all sufficiency provision! The title of my message is : " Believing in Miraculous Provision!"

The Bible says, " And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the first fruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he ( Elisha) said, Give unto the people, that they may eat. And his servitor, What,  should I set this before  an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus says the Lord, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof. So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the Word of the Lord." ( 2 Kings 4:42-44).

People of God, what is important in our lives is to know and understand the voice that speaks to our situations everyday. That is what brings life and hope to our inadequate and hopeless situations.

In the scripture above it did not make sense to feed hundred men with twenty loaves of barley and a small  portion of corn. But the Lord had spoken life into the available supplies for a miraculous provision to take place. " See what others can't see!" Believe what others cannot perceive and hear!

The same power that multiplied this food, multiplied the loaves and fish regarding Christ. Men judge our Lord the same as the Prophet's servant judged the barley cakes. They do not believe that He can satisfy the hunger of their hearts; however, all that the world offers can never satisfy man's hunger.

Jesus Alone can satisfy and give even more. So, there was plenty, and there was even some left. ( 1 Corinthians 9:11). Sowing in the spiritual realm, unlocks doors of supernatural provision in our lives. Luke 9:17 says, " So they all ate and were filled, and twelve baskets of the leftover fragments were taken up by them.

Let there be leftovers in your salary and food provisions! Let there be leftovers in all areas of your life. Remember, if you obey God's voice and His commandments, you can be elevated beyond human survival, to a miraculous supply level. ( Philippians 4:14-19, 2 Corinthians 9:6-12, Luke 6:38, Malachi 3:8-11, 1 Kings 17:9-16).

Whatever, situation you may be in, the Lord is able to meet you at the point of all your needs like the woman of Zeraphath, who obeyed God's voice through His , servant Elijah. She gave out of nothing,  and received a supernatural and ulimited provision from the Lord.

The same God, can do it again, if you obey his voice and commandments.
Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever! (Hebrews 13:8).
Today, you can still experience God's all sufficiency and miraculous provision, if you believe and obey God' s WORD!  (.Joshua1:8, 2 Chronicles 20:20, Matthew 6:33).

What He did yesterday, He is still doing it today.
It is not by mighty, nor by power, but by His Spirit! ( Zechariah 4:6).

The scripture says, "My God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus!
Follow God's instructions and you will experience a miraculous catch and abundant provisions. ( Luke 5:4-6).  May you experience God's miraculous provision in the name of Jesus Christ!

May God richly bless you all

THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR ISRAEL

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I just want to encourage you that, despite the challenges and problems you are facing, as well as the prevailing situation, there is still hope for your life. The Bible says, " Then Shekaniah son of Jeniel, one of the descendants of Elam, said to Ezra, "We have been unfaithful to our God by marrying foreign women from the peoples around us. But in spite of this, there is still hope for Israel." ( Ezra 10:2).

The title of my message is: "There is still hope for Israel! "
Imagine that you live in a place that has battled a long drought. Everywhere you look, the soil is cracked, dusty and lifeless. It is like it never rained there.
It might seem like crops or trees would never grow again.
But, if you have lived very long,  you know that even the longest drought can be  broken by rainfall. Even the longest suffering and barrenness can come to an end. ( Genesis 18:14, Genesis 21:1-6, Psalm 30:5). ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST!

In life, we can feel like that dry, cracked soil. Everything goes wrong; we face a long dry season, hoping to experience something that brings hope and joy.
But you can move from hopelessness to joy!

You may be in a relationship that has become difficult and  drains you of your hope.
Like that drought - dried soil, you feel like you will never be able to grow again.
Maybe you placed your hope on someone and were  disappointed. Sometimes we can be fooled by things that appear real, but later rob us of joy and hope.

At some point, you will discover that false hope has made your life dry and difficult.
You may want to give up. You may feel that there is no way forward and that you will die in that dry place of hopelessness.
However, there is still hope for your life, don't give up!  ( Hebrews 10:35-39, Romans 5:3-5).

Finding real hope is our desire as believers in Christ. Remember, hope does not disappoint!
There is hope for your marriage, health, relationship, business,  project, the society and Nation at large.

There is genuine hope that can bring joy back to you! Like rain on a drought -ridden desert, hope refreshes your life and brings you lasting peace.(John 7:37-39).
Where does such a hope come from? "Hope refreshes your life........"
Hope comes from placing your trust in Jesus Christ.

Jesus came to solve a problem that every man and woman faces. It is called "sin".
The Bible says that because of the wrong things we do, everyone falls short of who God wants us to be. ( Romans 3:23

In the scripture above the Israelites, had been involved in foreign marriages and God was disappointed, but however there was still hope for the future.
There was still hope for Israel!

When you allow Jesus Christ to take control of your life, then He will bring life giving forgiveness into your situation and bring you hope. Real hope that is as precious to you as rain falling on drought-ridden land. ( Isaiah 55:10-11).

You must always live in hope.
With Jesus in your life, you will never face your problems alone.
You will know victory instead of failure.

You can stand with Jesus and He will guide you through life in ways that are far better than you can ever think or imagine.
Jesus will put your life together again and walk with you step by step. ( 1 John 5:12, Ephesians 3:20, Romans 8:31-39, Isaiah 48:17). "There is still hope for Israel."
There is still hope for the Nation, your family and your life.

Pray this prayer to discover real hope: " Dear Lord Jesus, I am in a place that is dry like a desert.
It is a place where I have no hope. Please forgive me of the wrong things I have done and send genuine hope into my life like rain in a dry, barren place.
I surrender my heart to you and ask that you take control of my life now in Jesus'name - Amen!

Once again don't give up or surrender, there is hope for your life( Jeremiah 29:11, Deuteronomy 31:6-8).
May the Lord give you hope and richly bless you all!

BLESSINGS WHICH LATER BRING UNHAPPINESS

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I just want to start by mentioning that many of us when we are praying to God, we always look forward to receiving positive blessings. The Bible in Psalm 106:15 says,  "And he gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul." The title of my message is: "Blessings which later bring unhappiness!"

A lot of people have gotten their finger burnt in the place of seeking an alternative to God’s promise. When God’s promise is seemingly delayed, some Christians do not have the strength of character to keep waiting on the Lord and holding on to His promise. ( Hebrews 10:23, Hebrews 6:10).

They therefore seek out and accept man’s alternative to God’s precious promises. Not only does man’s alternative take you off God’s course and provide you with quick fixes that cannot really fix anything.  They also give you monetary joy that cannot absolve you of sorrow.

This was the experience of Sarah. In today’s Bible reading, after Sarah gave her maid, Hagar, to Abraham to raise children through her, she was happy and relieved that her problem of barrenness seemed solved. But her relief soon turned into grief as her happiness became sorrow. Genesis 16:4 says,
“And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.”

Sarah took good care of Hagar, in expectation of using her as a means to an end. For the purpose of child-bearing, she exempted her from the usual chores that her fellow maids would perform. However, the moment Hagar conceived, the tables turned against Sarah. Suddenly, all attention shifted to the new queen of the house. Everyone and everything had to be at her beck and call.

She no longer had regard for her mistress. Realizing she now had what Abraham earnestly wanted, she used her pregnancy as an excuse for gross misbehaviour. She took over Abraham’s attention and the poor man hardly even had time for Sarah anymore.

When she was disobedient and her mistress tried to correct her, she would simply tell her, “Madam, if you were ever pregnant, you would understand what I am going through. “That was the beginning of Sarah’s sorrow” Some blessings or gifts can become a curse to our lives.

Be careful of how you handle and fix somethings in life, as they may backfire and bring agony and pain in your life, like the case of Sarah and Hagar. Wait upon the Lord. ( Isaiah 40:31, Galatians 6:9-10). Don't assist God, let him act according to his will as you wait for the appointed time. ( Genesis 18:14, Genesis 21:1-6).

When you are tired of waiting for God’s will, plan or timing, and you decide to follow one of the alternatives that come your way, you will only be hurting yourself. May you not use your own hands to undo yourself!

When God blesses you, he removes every form of sorrow from it (Proverb 10:22). But whatever blessing you think you can derive from substituting God’s plan with an alternative will only be short-lived and will definitely come with sorrow.

Some people who knew and turned down God’s will in marriage, following the dictates of their flesh, ended up in sorrow. A good number of them are secretly weeping today. They cannot cry out because people warned them before venturing into such marriages, but their ears were deaf to those warnings.

In your own interest, take time to find out God’s will for every area of your life and apparently follow it. In years to come, you will understand why that was the best decision you ever made. It other cases people have prayed to God for blessings in the form of cars and business ventures, however after having been blessed, the tables turned against their families.

They are no longer sleeping in their own homes which they  so cherished and valued in the past. The attention is now focused on the so called concubines ( small houses). The families no longer enjoy the blessings of cars and business project's profits, as they are now being enjoyed by strangers,  instead of family members.

The scripture says " Ye lust, and have not: ye kill,  and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts......" ( James 4:2-4).

Some blessings bring unhapiness and sorrow, instead of joy and happiness.  I come against that spirit of negative and sorrowful blessings in the name of Jesus.

It is better not to be blessed, than to be blessed and have sorrow with it.
Blessings must always bring success and prosperity in people's lives, rather than sorrow and suffering all the time.

I declare you shall be blessed and enjoy the blessings together with your family, in the name of Jesus. (Jeremiah 29:11, Proverbs 16:1-3). You shall not labour in vain! ( Isaiah 65:22-24)
" The blessing of of the Lord brings (true) riches, And He adds no sorrow to it{for it comes as a blessing from God}" ( Proverbs10:22).

Once again I declare that your blessings shall bring happines, joy, peace, and not sorrow!
May God richly bless you with blessings that will last forever! Amen!

GOD NEVER FAILS

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I am delighted to write this message which I hope will encourage and strengthen all those who will read it.
My message is entitled: "God Never Fails! "

The Bible says, " Not one word of all the good promises that the Lord has made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass." ( Joshua 21:45 ESV). God has no record of failure, because He is the facilitator and maker of all things in heaven, on earth and the under world.

Whatever the word says, it is always accomplished and settled. " For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven".( Psalm 119:89) The scripture also says, " So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." ( Isaiah 55:11). God's word is trustworthy. His promises are true.

What God says he will do, he will do. ( 2 Corinthians 1:20). We live in a world that is broken, broken by sin and as we look about us it seems that everything is failing; all our plans , and other systems are failing, and as a result there is a great deal of dysfunction,  distrust, despair, and disillusionment.

It seems we are surrounded by dry and hopeless situations. You have lost hope and confidence in the Lord, because of many challenges which you are facing.  The things that we have counted on for generations seem to be crumbling before our eyes. Is there anything left that we can count on? However, there is still hope for Israel!

Our scripture today is about the faithfulness of God. God proved over and over again that whatever He told the children of Israel would become a reality in their lives. Joshua is reminding them of that, so that they would have courage and confidence in God for now and for the future.  We can have that same courage and confidence in our own lives as we trust in God too! ( 1 Peter 4:19, 1 Corinthians 1:9, 1 Corinthians 10:13, 2 Tessalonians 3:3, 2 Timothy 2:13, Hebrews 10:23, Genesis 12:1, 5,7, Genesis 17:8, Genesis 12:9, Hebrews 11:10, 13, 14, 15, 16, )

All the above scriptures confirm God's faithfulness to His promises in his word, that he never fails. The Bible also says, " God is not a man, that he should lie; He doesn't change his mind like humans do. Has he ever promised, Without doing what he said?  Look! I have received a command to bless them, And I cannot reverse it!" ( Numbers 23:19-20).

God never lies about his promises in his word. I do not know what you have been waiting to receive from God for a long time, be assured that it shall come to pass, because God never fails. He also doesn't change or fail in his promises. ( Malachi 3:6). Remember,  "God Never Fails! "

Just believe and wait for your promises, it shall be well with you in the name of Jesus Christ-Amen! ( John 14:13-14, Isaiah 40:31).   God is able, He never fails! (Jeremiah 32:17,27, Ephesians 3:20).

May God richly bless you all !

STAND IN THE GAP FOR YOUR CHILDREN

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
Everyday I feel a push to share God's word.
Today I want to share one of my favourite verse in the Old Testament.
Ezekiel 22:30 says, " I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me."

The title of my message is: " STAND IN THE GAP FOR YOUR CHILDREN".  Standing in the gap is serious business.
The eyes of the Lord go back and fourth, looking for someone who will stand in the gap for someone else. ( 2 Chronicles 16:9).

When someone is away from God, there is a gap between that person and God. He is not able to fill that gap and come to God because his faith is too weak.
Someone else is needed who is  willing to pray and stand in faith in the gap between that person and God .

By praying and standing in faith, the Christian builds a bridge for the weak person to come to God.This can be done for groups of people or even for entire cities, but this time I want to teach you how to stand in the gap for your children.

How you stand in the gap for your children depends on your prayer life.
Pray at night that God would visit you and wake you up to read the Bible and intercede for your children and other people. The Bible says, " Rise in the night and cry to your God. Pour out your hearts like water to the Lord;  lift up your hands to him;  plead for your children as they faint with hunger in the streets." ( Lamentations 2:19 TLB ).

Desire and feel the push to stand in the gap on behalf of other people as you intercede for them.
In particular you must always have that urge and responsibility to pray for your children everyday.  This is so important as it shapes and moulds your children to become strong Christian believers in future.

The love for your family must drive you to always find time to stand in the gap for them.
There are lions and leopards which are always desiring  to pounce and devour people,  particularly, children.
So there is need to protect and cover  them with the blood of Jesus,  through prayer and declaration of the living Word of God. ( 1 Peter 5:7-10, Acts 20:32 ).

Even in the jungle, lions always go for the weak young buffalos and elephants, to attack and kill. Stand in the gap for your children and protect them from both physical and spiritual destruction.  Mothers and Fathers, be always alert and awake, as you contuously intercede for your children.
However, when you pray for something for two years without getting It, you will become nervous if you  aren't grounded in God's Word.

We need to always feed our spirits with the word of God. ( Collosians 3:16-17)
God wants you to trust Him  with patience.  ( Isaih 40::28-31).
Anything outside of patience is doubt. Patience and endurance, is what you  need while waiting for God's time. ( Hebrews 10:35-39)

If you do not have the peace of God about what you are asking God for, you are in doubt and it won't work. ( Philippians 4:6-7)
So as you stand in the gap praying for your children and other people, you must be patient as you wait for answered prayers. ( Jeremiah 33:3, Isaiah 65:24, 1 John 5:14-15).

Be prepared to face  risks and sacrifices while standing in the gap for your children and other people. You must always set aside enough time for prayer and Bible study, so that you grow and be strong as a prayer warrior. ( Mark 1:35, Ephesians 6:18, Joshua 1:8).
You must also be prepared to carry the cross on your own behalf and on behalf of your children.   ( Matthew16:24).

It is a sacrifice and commitment, which calls for Faith and dedication, to stand in the gap for  your children.
Jesus Christ stood in the gap for all God's children. (John 3:16).
Him who knew no sin, became  sin, so that we could all  be saved.( Acts 4:12).
" Stand  in the gap for your children ".

Stand in the gap for your family and Church!
Stand in the gap for your Nation! (2 Chronicles 7:14 ).
Pray without Ceasing!  (Ephesians 6:18, 1 Tessalonians 5:17).

May God richly bless you all!

LET DRY BONES LIVE AGAIN

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
I just want to share a word of hope and encouragement.

 The Bible in
Ezekiel  37:1-5 says,
"The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry.He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”
I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.
Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!, This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life."

The title of my message is : LET DRY BONES LIVE AGAIN".
(Ezekiel  37:1-14)
Ezekiel  was led by God to a valley of bones.
God took him there so that Ezekiel  would come out of that place with a message for His people.

God has led you to that place you are in today.
You might be looking around you and all you see is a lifeless situation.
All you see are dry bones.

You might be in a very difficult situation right now and everything around you is just not going your way.
It is not by chance you are in that situation.
God has led you there and there is something you should come out with in that situation.

Just as God commanded  Ezekial, speak the word of God into that testing situation you are in right now.
In our reading God instructs Ezekiel  to speak the word of God to the dry bones.
You need to Speak life into your situation.
Speak the mind of God in whatever testing and devastating  situation you are in.

"Dry bones hear the word of God".
It does not matter about the worldly view of your situation, its the word of God that matters and the worldly view might be a fact about your situation.
We don't  speak facts but the truth, the truth is above facts.

The word of God is the truth. ( John 8:31-32, John 17:17).
When God asked Ezekiel  if the bones could live again, Ezekiel gave the correct response.
"Only God knows".
By saying that, Ezekiel gave God His place in the situation and acknowledged that  "only God knows".

It is God and God alone who can change your situation.
"Not by mighty, or by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord."( Zechariah 4:6).
It is the Spirit of the Lord that is able to change your situation right now.

Every dead situation can live again in the name of Jesus.
Submit to Him and give Him His place, only Him can give life to lifeless situations.
Matthew 17:20 says, "He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”

You do not need to memorise the whole Bible,to speak life into your situation.
That word you have is enough.

The scripture in Matthew 17:20 says, if you have faith like that of a mustard seed you can move a mountain.
Your situation can have life when you have total faith in God.

Ezekiel  had faith in the word of God and He used it to prophesy life to the dry bones.
Speak positive things about your life, even when you are in the valley of dry bones.
Prophesy good in your life.
It does not matter where you are, just like the wind that brought breath to the dry bones, your turn around will come from different directions, to reach you and breathe life into your situation.
The word of God says, Ask whatever you want in my name and,it shall be done.( John 14:14)
I pray in  the name of Jesus, that whatever has been stealing your joy, be removed and your joy be restored today (Joel 2:25-27). Jesus is in the valley of your dry bones right now, to resurrect every area of your life which is dead. It could be your marriage, relationship, business, job,  dead cells in your body or your financial situation, may it be resurrected in the name of Jesus Christ.

Remember, the thief ( devil) comes to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, in abundance. ( John 10:10)
I declare and decree a complete turn around for the best,  today and forever in Jesus mighty name.( Job 22:28-29).
Speak to your dry bones right now, in the name of Jesus.
" Let Dry Bones Live Again!"

Stay encouraged in the name of Jesus.
May God richly bless you all!

TRUE MEANING OF HUMILITY FROM A BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! I thank God once again  for giving us yet another day to be able to share the Word of God. I want to share the subject of humility from a Biblical perspective. The title of my message is: " TRUE MEANING OF HUMILITY FROM A BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE ".

I want to quickly mention that many people have the wrong idea about God, the Bible and humility,  or being humble.
They think being humble means groveling in front of others or thinking they are no good and others are better.

The scripture in Philippians 2:3 says, " Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves."
Those who think they are not good and others are better  like I mentioned earlier, is not what the Bible says.

God says when you are humble, you are free from pride  and arrogance.
You know that in your flesh you are inadequate, yet you also know who you are in Christ.
You don't need to defend yourself when you understand what the Bible says about humility, for you know who you are in Christ.

You can be a peacemaker without needing to fight for your rights.
You can walk humbly in the power of the Holy Spirit, not in your own strength.
Godly  humility is being comfortable with who you are in the Lord and therefore putting others first.

The picture of humility in the Bible is one of a strong person who loves others, not someone who is wimp. Humility is about removing a selfish spirit in you, and replacing it with the love and consideration for others first. ( John 13:34-35)

Humility is also recognizing that you need God's help, knowing you can't truly succeed in your own strength.
It is thanking God for your talents and  gifts, and giving him credit for your accomplishments. ( Psalm 115:1).

It is being comfortable with who you are in Christ and seeking to build others up, not yourself.
It is gratefully  walking in God's grace, love, and forgiveness.
In the Bible, Jesus gives us a good example of humility in action. Although he was the son  of God,  he was gentle and humble - and he was strong. " I am gentle and humble in heart. " ( Matthew 11:29).

Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in the very nature of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death- even death on the cross! " ( Philippians 2:5-8).

Remember, humility is not being weak or passive.
You can still defuse arguments when you are humble.
You don't need to stand up for yourself in an angry manner.

And you don't have to win every argument. The Bible says, " A gentle answer  turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs  up anger. ( Proverbs 15:1).
You can handle unfair treatment peacefully when you are humble.

You can respond to unfair treatment, without becoming bitter.
Godly humility means you do not feel a need for vengeance or revenge. ( Romans 12:14-17). " Get rid of all bitterness,  rage and anger, browling and slander, along with every form of malice.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. ( Ephesians 4:31-32).
You can ask for forgiveness when you are humble, even when someone has hurt you.  ( Matthew 5:23-24).

Bible- based humility does not mean being unaware of your gifts or calling.  " Although  I am less than the least of all of God's people, this grace was given to me: to preach to the gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ".( Ephesians 3:8).  " I am not in the least inferior to the " super - apostles," even though I am nothing," ( 2 Corinthians 12:11).

Finally let me say you will usually be more successful when you practice what the Bible says about God and humility, than if you are pushy or arrogant.
Humility earns you influence and honour.  ( Proverbs 22:4)

May I therefore encourage all of us to endeavour to practice the God- kind of humility in our Christian journey. ( James 4:10).
When you understand the meaning of humility in the Bible and  put it into practice, you are a winner -even if you do not " win."

May God richly bless you all!

LET THE HOLY SPIRIT LEAD

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! Once again     " Let the Holy Spirit lead." It is the Holy Spirit that helps us to function and be active as a body of Christ.

The Bible says,“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”(John6:63)
When we speak the word of God, we breathe life in it and it becomes rhema (living word).
The scripture also says,"To a natural man, the words of Jesus Christ and the message of the cross are all foolishness (1 Corinthians 2:14, 1 Corinthians 1:18).

A person who is not living in the Spirit cannot comprehend the message of Jesus Christ, because it originates from the Holy Spirit. This is why it takes the Holy Spirit to enlighten the eyes of the natural man’s understanding and convict his heart, before he can accept Jesus Christ into his life.(Romans 10:9-10)

To live in the Spirit, you need the Holy Spirit to quicken you.
It is His work to make you alive and to strengthen you spiritually.
When you are down or tired, if you pray in the Spirit long enough, you will find the strength to undertake the assignment ahead of you.( Romans 8:26-27).

Every assignment that God has for you is first spiritual and then physical.
Whatever happens in the physical, originates first in the spiritual realm, before manifesting in the physical.

This is why you cannot effectively perform a divine assignment using only physical means.
Even when you have to undertake the physical aspects of a divine assignment, you need spiritual stamina or input to be effective.( Acts 4:30-31).

Moreover, if you live in the Spirit, you should also be led by the Spirit. (Galatians 5:16-17).
Who leads you, reveals who owns you (Romans 6:16).
To understand what it means to be led by the Spirit, read up the account of the operations of the Holy Spirit in the life of Philip in Acts 8:26-40.

If you are saved and you barely receive divine guidance from the Holy Spirit, you are still a babe in the Kingdom; but if you are regularly led of the Holy Spirit – meaning you hear His voice and follow His instructions – then you have most likely attained the level of maturity in the faith where you can be called a son (Hebrews 5:11-14).

God is looking for sons and daughters, not just babes!
There are several Kingdom assignments that God wants to give out, but He is looking for sons to take them up.
Sons and daughters hear His voice and obey promptly, but babes find it difficult even to  recognize God’s voice.(John10:3).

Sons and daughters are guided by the Holy Spirit into all truth, because they can accept it and run with it, but babes cannot stand certain truths (John 16:12-13).
If there are some truth from God’s word that can make you to turn back from following the Lord, you are still a babe and not yet a son or daughter.

The word of God contains depths of truth.
While babes read through it without getting much, sons and daughters carefully go step by step through it to harness the volumes of truth contained in it.( Joshua 1:8, Luke 5:4).

Are you a baby, son or daughter?
From what I have just explained above, you now know who you are in Christ Jesus.
Just pray and ask the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you all the time.

Father, give me ears that hear your Spirit, and give me a heart that follows His leading in Jesus name we pray- Amen!
May God richly bless you all!

IF IT IS YOUR WILL

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
As I continue to share the word of God on this platform, I would like to share the scripture in James 4:13‭-‬15 which says, "Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow.
What is your life?
You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.
Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.”

The title of my message is: " IF IT IS YOUR WILL!"
Many times  we take life for granted, we never think that the next second is never guaranteed for anyone.

So many people have lost their lives unexpectedly, through accidents, killings, sudden death and any other ways. What guarantee do you have that you will see tomorrow, what guarantee is there that what you are planning to do will happen.
Rather as the verse says " if it is the Lord's will".

God has the final say, in everything that we do.  He is the only one who knows if tomorrow is guaranteed for us or not. Everything can only succeed or happen in life if it is God's will.
Jesus says, " Without me , you can't do nothing." ( John 15:5).  Do not procrastinate about doing good, praying, or making peace with someone; for you never know it might be your last chance. ( Galatians 6:7-10).

I know this is not an encouraging devotional message, like what I always share, but it will make you think about life, more critical  and specific, as you work towards achieving your God given destiny. Remembering that it is not by mighty or by power, but by God Spirit, will and grace. ( Zechariah 4:6, Titus 3:5).

Do the will of God whilst you can serve Him with all your heart, love as if there is no tomorrow, forgive those who have done you wrong, live in peace for you never know when God can call you. ( Ecclesiastes 9:5-10).
What is life?
The verse says it's just but a vapour today you may be alive, but tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone.

So let us love one another, stop hating and shunning other people.
Remember you have only one life to live, don't waste time hurting and causing grief on other people. ( Ephesians 4:31-32, Mark 12:30).

Do the will of God whilst you can.
Love, interact, laugh, share and fellowship for God's glory. ( 1 John 4:7-18).
Be hopeful and joyful all the time.

May God richly bless you all!

TIMES OF TESTING PASS

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
I just want to encourage someone who is about to give up because of trials and tribulations.
The title of my message is: " TIMES OF TESTING PASS! "

I personally, when I am facing difficult times, I tell myself, "This cannot last forever.
This, too, shall pass." You can probably look back at your life and see many difficult times you have endured even though at the time you thought , "I cannot stand this for another day."

The devil probably tempted you every five minutes to believe the trial was going to last forever.
The Bible says, " My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
But let patience have her perfect work, that he may be perfect and entire,  wanting nothing." ( James 1:1-4).

As you consider how many times you have already made it to the other side of pain, you can be confident you will make it again through Christ who strengthens you. ( Phillipians 4:13).
And on the other side of trials, you will see how God turned those experiences into good for your life. ( Romans 8:28).

All things work together for good for those that love God, and are called according to His purpose.
If you have been having problems for six months or more, it probably seems your problem has lasted for an eternity.

But our years on earth are only a little drop of nothing compared to forever.
Paul knew that the season's of trials pass.
It is tough when we are going through trials, but Paul learned to keep his eyes on the prize of heaven and trusted God to prepare him so that God's glory  was revealed through his life.

He wrote: " For our light, momentary affliction  ( this slight distress of the passing hour ) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory ( beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations,  a vast and transcendent glory  and blessedness never to cease!), since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal  ( brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting. "  ( 2 Corinthians 4:17-18).

When you are tempted to become discontented, remember: This, too, shall pass." No matter how bad your current situation may look,  God loves you.
Never let go of the truth that God loves you, no matter what is going on in your life.
You can trust that everything will work out good for you because God loves you.

The people who have real problems are those who don't know Jesus.
They have valid problems because they don't have hope.
But the people who know their God, will be strong and take action. (Daniel 11:32).
As believers we are more than conquerors because we have Jesus walking with us through our problems. (Romans 8:31-39).

Your worst day with Jesus will be better than your best day without Him.
Make a decision to be content.
Even when you are facing challenges or sickness, just say, ' God,  I love you.
I know  You love me.
I trust you.

I believe that this is going to work out for good.
All things work together for good. "
Repeat these words several times until things change in your life.

All things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Don't you know it makes the devil mad when he throws his best shot at us, but we stay full of Joy?  No matter what he does, we can still say, "I love YOU,  God. I trust You, and I know this is going to work for my good. "

Remember, " TIMES OF TESTING  PASS!"
No problem or challenge lasts forever.
Everything under heaven has a season and time, it shall come to pass.  ( Ecclesiastes 3:1, 1 Corinthians 10:13).

May you be strengthened and encouraged in the name of Jesus.
God bless you all!

SEE WHAT OTHERS CAN'T SEE

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!
I continue to share the word of  encouragement at such a time as this.
The title of my message is " See what others can't  see!"

The scripture  in 1 Kings 18:42‭-‬45 says,
"So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees.  “Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant.
And he went up and looked. “There is nothing there,” he said. Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.”  The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.” So Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’ ”  Meanwhile, the sky grew black with clouds, the wind rose, a heavy rain started falling and Ahab rode off to Jezreel."

After the contest at mount Carmel Elijah informs Ahab to go and eat for the rain is coming.
Elijah saw the rain before anyone could see and feel it.
Before Elijah prayed for the rain he told Ahab that the rain was coming and he should prepare.

Speak positive over your situations in life.
See the rain before others can see it. " See what others can't see!"
In all the challenging times in your life speak positive, it might be sickness, speak healing, financial problems, speak wealth, in pain speak comfort.

Speak positive over any situation in your life, before anyone can see it.(Deuteronomy 28:13-14).  Elijah saw the rain in the scorching sun and drought and to others it didn't make sense as to why he told Ahab to go and eat, the rain is coming.

People won't see what you see in your situation, when you fail in life some rule you out, but you see Victory and success. ( Romans 8:35-39,  :Micah 7:7-9)
Speak positive and speak your desires in any trial you face before it materialises.

Remember, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue......" ( Proverbs 18:21).
You become what you say in life.

When Elijah prayed for the rain it took seven times before any sign of rain was seen. (James 5:17-18) Child of God pray without ceasing!
1Thessalonians 5:16-18 says "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing,  give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."

Do not give up on praying!
Pray until the rains come!
Pray until your Isaac comes!
Pray until your breakthrough comes!

Elijah prayed seven times, before the servant could see any sign of the coming rain.
Do not stop until you start seeing what you spoke about in your situation.
Elijah spoke of the coming rain, before anyone could see it and the weather did not show that any rain was coming.
He prayed seven times before the sign and rain came.
We need this kind of faith, hope, confidence and commitment in our Christian walk. (Hebrews 11:6, 1 John 5:14).

Do not pray and worry, pray until the rain comes, no matter how long it takes.
Wait upon the Lord in expectation. ( Psalm 62:5, Isaiah 40:31).

See the outcome you desire, before anyone can, in challenging situations.
Speak positive outcomes over every trial you face and pray until the rain comes.
Pray without ceasing. ( Ephesians 6:18, Luke 18:1).

May the Lord give you eyes to "See what others can't see!"
Don't give up!
Don't compromise!
Remain steadfast and persistent, until you see and experience your expected and deserved blessings! ( Habakuk 2:3, Lamentations 3:24-33, Psalm 30:5).

Desire Spiritual eyes to " SEE WHAT OTHERS CAN'T SEE!"

May God richly bless you all.
