WHAT CAN SEPARATE YOU FROM THE LOVE OF GOD

 

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! Here is the word for your meditation and prayer! I am pleased to share the word of hope and encouragement at such a time as this. The Amplified Bible in Romans 8:35-39 says,
[35]"Who shall ever separate us from Christ's love? Shall suffering and affliction and tribulation? Or calamity and distress? Or persecution or hunger or destitution or peril or sword?
[36]Even as it is written, For Thy sake we are put to death all the day long; we are regarded and counted as sheep for the slaughter. [Ps. 44:22.]
[37]Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.
[38]For I am persuaded beyond doubt (am sure) that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things impending and threatening nor things to come, nor powers,
[39]Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." The title of my message is: "WHAT CAN SEPARATE YOU FROM THE LOVE OF GOD?" I just want to start by mentioning that, life may be very hard and threatening at times, due to unforeseen circumstances. You may be forced to be between a rock and a hard place, when things don't seem to be moving or working for you. At times you may encounter very frightening experiences and painful incidences, which may force you to give up or surrender in life. Someone may even be contemplating to commit suicide or other weird things, due to unbearable pressure caused by storms of life. But the scripture above has assured us that, nothing can separate us from God's love. Never surrender life, but face life as it is, as a child of God. It's because of what you are made of and what you carry inside, Jesus the unshakable King of kings, which should make you stand still and firm!!( Hebrews 12:26-29, 1 John 4:4, Ephesians 3:20) Whatever you may face in this journey of life, it must not separate you from the love of God who is ever present to assist you all the time.( Psalm 46:1-3) If you are there and you were about to give up, I persuade you to trust in the Lord for a solution to that challenge you are facing right now. Seek counselling and advice from the right people,  don't go to Gehazi, but go to Elisha( Jesus Christ) the hope of all glory. ( Collossians 1:27).
