THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS LIKE A LANDOWNER AND WILL BE ENTERED BY GOD'S WILL.

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! Here is the word for your meditation and prayer!
I just want to mention that in life there are many people who value themselves better than others. There are also those who perceive that they deserve better than other people. And there  are some who always over-expect to receive more than others, even though they are equal in terms of grade, at work.

Even in Church some old members feel that they must be treated better that new members. Although, you may be old in age and have more of years in church, that does not make you better and special than other believers. God treats us all the same, as long as we do His will and obey His commandments     ( Word). The title of my message is: " THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS LIKE A LANDOWER AND WILL BE ENTERED BY GOD'S WILL"

The scripture I am going to share in Matthew 20:1-10 provides us with an excellent example of people who assumed they will receive something other than what they were told. The Bible in Matthew 20:1-10 says, "For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.
And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.
Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.
And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?
They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.
So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.
And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.
But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny."

Notice that those who were hired early in the morning agreed with the landowner to work for one denarius a day. But when the landowner hired more laborers that afternoon, they wrongly assumed they would receive more money than the newcomers. When they weren't paid any more for working longer hours, they were angry and complained to the landowner. It is not the number of years which you spend in Church which qualify you to enter the kingdom of God, but your good works and righteousness.
The Bible in Revelation 20:12 says, "And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

We are all rewarded according to our good works and obedience, and not according to the number of years you spend in church.
Luke 10:19-20 also says,  "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Not withstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven"

In this scripture Jesus told His disciples that they were not supposed to rejoice because they had chased and cast out evil spirits, but because their names were written in the Book of life. Casting out demons and performing miracles and signs and wonders, will not qualify you to be written in the book of life, but your love towards other people and God, as well as your obedience to the will of God is your passport to heaven.

Matthew 7:21-23 says, " Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me  in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

Don't miss out  heaven by your assumptions.  Don't miss out on your blessings by your procrastination!
Jesus is the way, truth and life and nothing else. ( John 14:6)
It is only in Him that we live, move and have our being. ( Acts 17:28) It is also in Christ Jesus that we can do all things and without him we can't do nothing. (Philippians 4 13, John 15:4-5).
Matthew 6:33 says, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Our main focus must be seeking His kingdom and His righteousness and everything else will follow. It is only men and women of the last hour, who will worship the Lord in truth and in spirit, whom the Lord is seeking for now. ( John 4:24).

I am talking of the last minute worshippers and last hour believers, who will not miss the bridegroom when he comes.(Matthew 25:1-13)
Don't be like the foolish virgins who missed out when the Bridegroom came and found them without oil. Wait upon the Lord in honesty and sincerity and you will be rewarded in due season.  ( Galatians 6:9-10).

Don't regret later when you fail to receive a crown or breakthrough, due to your unfaithfulness and laxity.
Remember, we shall all be rewarded according to our works. Contribute your own man- hours and you will receive your reward.

God sees and watches over us all the time.( Genesis 16:13, Hebrews 4:13, 2 Chronicles 16:9) Your good works will be rewarded accordingly, in due season.  Don't tire to do good!

May God richly bless you all!
