Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ! Here is the word for your meditation and prayer!
The Bible says, "Encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing ."(1 Thessalonians 5:11)
There are times in life when it seems as if the world has come to an end due to devastating circumstances, surrounding us.
The title of my message is: " ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER" It is very important to always have time to encourage one another.
In the above scripture, while Paul's exhortation here is excellent, it is the style of the exhortation we should especially notice.
We live in an age where we are constantly pressured to emphasize the novel, new, or improved versions of things.
But in our lives as Christians, our knowledge always exceeds our obedience.
So more often than we like to think, we need to remind each other of what we are doing right and just simply say, "Hey, you're doing well; just keep doing what you're doing!"
When one is encouraged they gain strength and rise up and move on with life. Paul again in Ephesians 6:10 says, " Be strong in the Lord and His mighty power." We all come to some stage when we feel tired and hopeless. That is when we need the exhortation such as above. Just pray the following prayer and say: "Faithful Father, thank you for noticing and keeping record of the things I have done that are good and pleasing to you.
Please help me to keep doing those things that please you, only better, that you may be pleased and glorified. In Jesus name we pray- Amen!
Always encourage one another with the word of God.
